TWE successfully completes the acquisition of vineyard and production assets in China for Penfolds

Treasury Wine Estates Ltd (ASX:TWE) today announced the completion of the acquisition of 75% of Ningxia Stone & Moon Winery Co. Ltd, as announced to the market on 10 December 2024. The acquisition is effective from 3 March 2025.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 15.5, TWE confirms that this document has been authorised for release to the market by the Chief Executive Officer.
