Treasury Wine Estates successfully completes the acquisition of Frank Family Vineyards

Treasury Wine Estates Ltd (ASX:TWE) today announced the completion of the acquisition of Frank Family Vineyards in the United States, as announced to the market on 18 November 2021. The acquisition is effective from 14 December 2021.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 15.5, TWE confirms that this document has been authorised for release to the market by the Chairman of the Board.
