Treasury Wine Estates successfully completes the acquisition of Diageo’s wine business

Treasury Wine Estates Limited (ASX:TWE) today announced the completion of the acquisition of the majority of assets from Diageo plc’s (LSE:DGE) US and UK wine operations, as announced to the market on 14 October 2015.

The acquisition is effective from 1 January 2016.
