Retirement of Non-executive Director

Treasury Wine Estates Limited (ASX: TWE) today announced that Non-executive Director Louisa Cheang will be retiring from the Company’s Board. Ms Cheang has been on a leave of absence from the Company’s Board since May 2021 for medical reasons and has now decided to retire from the Board effective from 1 September 2021.

Ms Cheang has been a member of the Board since December 2018, bringing a depth of significant corporate leadership and financial experience gained from driving large and successful businesses across the Asia Pacific region.

On Ms Cheang’s retirement, TWE’s Chairman, Paul Rayner, commented: “Louisa Cheang has brought valuable regional insight, as well as financial and operational skills, to the TWE Board and TWE has benefited from her global outlook. Together with the Directors, I wish to thank Louisa for the significant contribution she has made to the TWE Board during her tenure and wish her well for the future.”
