TWE APPOINTS NEW CHIEF HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

Today Treasury Wine Estates Limited (ASX: TWE) announced the appointment of Ms Megan Collins to the role of Chief Human Resources Officer.

Based in Melbourne, Ms Collins will take up her post in January 2013, where she will report directly to CEO, David Dearie.

Ms Collins is a senior HR executive with over 14 years’ experience at General Electric (GE), where she led Human Resources for GE Capital and GE Commercial Finance in Australia & New Zealand. Ms Collins joins Treasury Wine Estates from her current role as General Manager People & Culture, Business Banking at National Australia Bank.

As Chief Human Resources Officer, Ms Collins will take ownership for further developing TWE’s Vintrepreneurial culture, setting the strategic direction for people and culture globally, and leading the company’s employment, remuneration and talent development efforts.
