Treasure ASA: Market update – 3. quarter 2020
• The share price of Hyundai Glovis moved from 101.500 KRW to 144.000 KRW (+ 42%) and the USDKRW from 1195 to 1167 (+2%) during the quarter.
• Hyundai Glovis reported their 1st half results on 24 July 2020, again well-received by the stock market, and showed a healthy underlying development and financial performance, with somewhat lower top-line, but better operating margins than expected.
• Hyundai Glovis is expected to release the Earnings Report for the third quarter 13 November 2020.
• Treasure ASA bought 1 million own shares during the third quarter, lifting the total number of own shares held to 3,965 mill. shares at the end of the quarter.
• Treasure ASA did not change its ownership in Hyundai Glovis during the quarter and the market value of the shareholding was approx. 557 mUSD at the end of September.
