Reference is made to the notice issued on 20 August 2019, where Treasure ASA (“the Company”) launched an offer to all shareholders in the Company to buy back up to 1.500.000 shares, through a book building process with an offer price of up to NOK 13,50 per share.
The Company has today bought 465.000 shares at a price of 13,50 NOK per share.
Pursuant to the transaction, Treasure ASA owns 465.000 shares.
