Treasure ASA: Liquidation of own shares
In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on 16 March 2023, Treasure ASA has today technically liquidated 2,594,566 own shares, representing a reduction in the share capital of NOK 259,456.60.
The share capital after the capital reduction is NOK 20,524,043.40, divided into 205,240,434 shares with a par value of NOK 0.10 each.
Following the liquidation, Treasure ASA holds 517,771 own shares.
