Treasure ASA: Liquidation of own shares

In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on 15 March 2022, Treasure ASA has today technically liquidated 6.000.000 own shares, representing a reduction in the share capital NOK 600.000.

The share capital subsequent to the capital reduction is NOK 20.783.500, divided into 207.835.000 shares with a par value of NOK 0,10 each.
