Treasure ASA: Liquidation of own shares

In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on 18 March 2021, Treasure ASA has today technically liquidated 3.965.000 own shares, representing a reduction in the share capital NOK 396.500.

The share capital subsequent to the capital reduction is NOK 21.383.500, divided into 213.835.000 shares with a par value of NOK 0,10 each.
