In accordance with the resolution of the Annual General Meeting on 13 March 2019, Treasure ASA has on Friday 21 June 2019 reduced the share capital with a total of NOK 220 000. This was done through liquidation of 2.200 000 own shares.

The share capital subsequent to the capital reduction is NOK 21.780.000, divided into 217.800.000 shares with a par value of NOK 0,10 each.

Updated certificate of registration (in Norwegian) is enclosed.
