Approval of the prospectus for the listing of the shares of Treasure ASA

6 June 2016 - Reference is made to the previous stock

exchange notices from the company regarding the

demerger of Wilh. Wilhelmsen ASA (WWASA) in which the

shareholding in NAL, including its 12.04% shareholding

in Hyundai Glovis Co. Ltd., is transferred from WWASA

to Treasure ASA (Treasure) against a pro rata

distribution of the shares in Treasure to the existing

shareholders of WWASA.

The Norwegian Financial Supervisory Authority has

today approved the prospectus for the listing of the

shares in Treasure on Oslo Børs.
