Treasure ASA: Market update - 3.quarter 2019

• The share price of Hyundai Glovis moved from 161.000 KRW to 156.000 KRW and the USDKRW from 1155 to 1196 during the quarter.

• Hyundai Glovis reported their financial results for the second quarter 2019 towards the end of July, which were well-received by the stock market, and showed a healthy underlying development and financial performance.

• Treasure ASA continues to closely monitor and analyze relevant news flow related to a potential restructuring of the Hyundai Group, and will inform the market accordingly on material impact on the company.

• Hyundai Glovis is expected to release the Earnings Report for the third quarter 29 October 2019.

• Treasure ASA did not change its ownership during the quarter and the market value of the shareholding was 588 mUSD at the end of September.
