Treasure ASA: Mandatory notification of trade

Reference is made to the announcement by Wilh. Wilhelmsen Holding ASA ("WWH") on 7 June 2023 regarding an offer to acquire all shares in Treasure ASA (the "Company") that is not already owned by WWH (the "Offer").

WWH has today received acceptances under the Offer for 11,755 shares in the Company. Please see the attached notification for further information.

WWH is a close associate of Thomas Wilhelmsen, Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Christian Berg, member of the Board of Directors of the Company.
