Scheduled general meeting in Hyundai Glovis cancelled

28 March 2018, Hyundai Motor Group announced a restructuring. To fulfil the transactions, a general meeting was scheduled for 29 May 2018.

The board of Hyundai Glovis has decided to cancel the announced meeting, due to possible lack of support for the proposed restructering amongst Hyundai Mobis shareholders.
