The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was  notified today  of the exercise by Carol Kavanagh, PDMR , of nil cost options over  5,497  ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares") under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan, on 6 March 2014.  As a result of this exercise, Carol Kavanagh's beneficial interest  is 56,092 shares,  which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
