Notification of Director or PDMR share interest

The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified yesterday of the sale on 4 March 2014 by Norman Bell, PDMR, of 5,485 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 1955.7807p following his exercise of nil cost options under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan. 

The purpose of the  sale is for Mr Bell to reinvest the monies into the forthcoming Share Matching Award.

As a result of this exercise and sale Mr Bell's beneficial interest is  49,977 shares.

The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was notified today  of the sale on 5th March 2014 by Geoff Cooper, Director, of 16,279 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), at a price of 1944.3862p following his exercise of nil cost options under the Deferred Share Bonus Plan

As a result of this transaction, Geoff Cooper has a beneficial interest of 48,579 shares, which represents less than 0.1% of the issued share capital.
