The following amendment has been made to the Notification of Director or PDMR share interest announcement released on 7 October 2013 at 17:15 under RNS No 9313P.

In the first line of the announcement the text should have read "sale" and not "purchase".

The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has been notified today of the sale on 3rd October 2013 of 1,400 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company, at a price of 1669.604p by Frank Elkins a PDMR of the Company.  As a result of this transaction Mr Elkins has a beneficial interest of 9,375 shares which is <0.1% of the Issued Share Capital.
