The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") was informed yesterday that Kevin Appleton, a PDMR of the Company, yesterday acquired 1,469 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company at a price of 1551p.

As a result of this transaction, Mr Appleton now has a beneficial interest of 4,081 shares, which is less than 0.1% of the Issued Share Capital.
