Notification of Director/PDMR Shareholding

Travis Perkins plc (the "Company") announces that Tony Buffin, a director of the Company and Group Finance Director, was granted options over ordinary 10p shares of the Company ("Shares") under the Travis Perkins Performance Share Plan on 19 April 2013.  The grant may only be satisfied by the transfer of existing shares.

The maximum number of shares subject to the option is:
