Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") announces that its Chief Executive, Geoff Cooper, has today been appointed a Non-executive Director of Informa plc.

As announced on 25th July 2013, Geoff Cooper will stand down as the Company's Chief Executive on 1st January 2014 and will retire as a Director on 6th March 2014.
