Retirement of Non-Executive Director

Travis Perkins announces that as indicated in its 2012 Annual Report, Chris Bunker has today retired from its board as non-executive director, having been appointed in 2004.

Robert Walker, non-executive Chairman, commented:

"Chris has served Travis Perkins with distinction as a non-executive director, as Chairman of the Audit Committee and as the Company's Senior Independent Director until earlier this year. The board thanks him warmly on behalf of shareholders and wishes him well for the future."
