Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On June 30, 2021, Ms. Michèle Huiban resigned as Chief Financial Officer of Travelzoo (the “Company”), effective as of the last day of the trial period as set forth in Ms. Huiban’s employment agreement. Ms. Huiban resigned for personal reasons and not as the result of any disagreement with the board of directors of the Company or with the Company's management.

Ms. Lisa Su will continue to serve as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer.
