Traumhaus AG reports high construction activity and completions in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim

174 apartments and seven commercial units are being built on three construction phases in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim with a total of 13,600 square meters of living / usable space. 104 of these units are currently under construction. Traumhaus AG handed over 70 apartments on Friday, December 17, 2021.
“The handover of the apartments to the buyer in Wiesbaden-Erbenheim took place before the contractually agreed date. We are thus once again proving that Traumhaus can be completed on schedule even in times of pandemics and raw material shortages,” summarizes Traumhaus CEO Otfried Sinner.
Traumhaus is not only active in Wiesbaden, however, there are currently 610 residential units under construction across Germany.
