Trastor REIC Acquires 100% of SALERCO S.A., Owner of Prime Athens OǗce Building

TRASTOR REIC ("the Company") announces the signing of a share purchase agreement to acquire 100% of SALERCO S.A., the owner of a prime multi-storey oǗce building located at 11-13 Timoleontos Vassou Street in Athens. The property, with a total surface area of 5,976 sqm., is fully leased and expected to be certified under LEED sustainability standards, underscoring the Company's commitment to responsible and sustainable growth.

The total consideration for the acquisition amounts to €21.47 million, reflecting the net asset value of SALERCO S.A. at closing.

Mr. Tassos Kazinos, Chief Executive OǗcer of TRASTOR REIC, stated:

"This acquisition reinforces our strategy of investing in high-quality oǗce assets with strong fundamentals. The asset is in a prime location, fully renovated, and leased to a credible multinational tenant. It also reflects our confidence in the enduring demand for sustainable, ESG-compliant workplaces that foster innovation, collaboration, and employee well-being.

With this addition, TRASTOR'S portfolio reaches a gross asset value of €719 million, representing 34% year-on-year growth and a 3.5% increase in green oǗce exposure. Including the previously announced forward purchase of the largest logistics center in Greece, which is expected to conclude in December of this year, the Company is on track to exceed €800 million in gross asset value by year-end. This milestone highlights TRASTOR'S disciplined and strategic approach to delivering long-term, sustainable value to its investors."
