Trastor Property Investments proudly announces that its new landmark oǗce building at 34 Amarousiou–Chalandriou Street, Marousi, has been awarded LEED Gold certification for Core & Shell (BD+C). This achievement marks another milestone in the Company's journey toward sustainable growth and reaǗrms its commitment to responsible and forward-looking development practices.

As Trastor's first fully self-developed prime oǗce project, the building combines state-of-the-art architectural design with advanced energy performance standards, integrating sustainability with functional workspaces that enhance the tenant experience.

The LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification is one of the world's most recognized green-building rating standards, awarded to projects that meet rigorous criteria for energy eǗciency and sustainable performance.
