("GS Capital VI"), GS Capital Partners VI Parallel, L.P. ("GS Capital VI Parallel") and SpartanShield Holdings ("SpartanShield", and together with GS Capital VI and GS Capital VI Parallel, the "Selling Holders") sold an aggregate of 19,852,972 shares of Common Stock.
F3: Goldman Sachs beneficially owns directly and GS Group may be deemed to beneficially own indirectly 1,057 shares of Common Stock. Goldman Sachs is the investment manager of the Selling Holders. Goldman Sachs beneficially owns directly and GS Group may be deemed to beneficially own indirectly 24,656 shares of Common Stock and Goldman Sachs also had open short positions of 5,339 shares of Common Stock, reflecting changes due to exempt transactions.
