Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to the provisions of Regulations 30 the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its Meeting held today, i.e., 15[th] January, 2025 has inter alia considered and approved following:

1. The Board has approved capex plan of Rs 326.6 Crore to increase inter alia the manufacturing capacity of the existing plants, set up of a new tower manufacturing facility and to procure plant & machinery for construction. The Board also approved fund raising through debt upto Rs 236.6 Crore to fund the capex plan.

2. The order intake for the half year ended 30[th] September, 2024 stands at Rs. 2,248 Crore while the total order book stood at Rs. 10,358 Crore.

You are requested to kindly take the aforementioned on record and oblige.
