S.I.F. Transilvania aduce la cunoștința acționarilor faptul că, prin Hotărârea nr. 5/28.11.2018, Consiliul de Supraveghere a desemnat auditorul intern al societății, în persoana d-nei Mirela Păunescu din București, urmând ca activitatea să fie exercitată începând cu data de 1 ianuarie 2019.

Facem precizarea că desemnarea noului auditor intern are loc în condițiile expirării la data de 31 decembrie 2018 a contractului dintre SIF Transilvania și auditorul intern, societatea Moonlight S.R.L.
