Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 30 (2) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform your good self that the Board of Directors of our Company in their meeting today has:

1. Considered and approved the Board Report for the year ended 31[st] March 2020.

2. Considered and appointed Mr. Jaymin Modi, Practicing Company Secretary to act as Scrutinizer for E-voting & poll at the ensuing Annual General Meeting.

3. Fixed the Date, Time & Venue of the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 22nd December 2020 and approved the Notice for the same.

4. Pursuant to Section 91 of Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 42 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, the Share Transfer Book and the Member's Registers of the Company shall remain closed from 16[th] December 2020 to 22[nd] December 2020 (both days inclusive) in connection with the Annual General Meeting of the Company.

5. Further Company has fixed 16[th] December 2020 as the CUT-OFF DATE to the ascertain the eligibility of the members of the Company to cast their votes through remote e- voting as well as for the voting/ polling at the 34th Annual General Meeting of the Company to be held on 22nd December 2020. The remote e-voting will commence on 19th December 2020 (9.00 a.m. IST) and ends 21st December 2020 (5.00 p.m. IST).
