Result of General Meeting

Transense Technologies plc (AIM:TRT), the provider of sensor systems for the transportation and industrial markets, is pleased to announce that the special resolution proposed was duly passed by shareholders at the General Meeting held today.

Application has been made for both the existing 9,548,948 Ordinary Shares (post Share Reorganisation) and the 2,500,000 Placing Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will occur on 22 June 2018.

Following Admission, the Company will have 12,048,948 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in issue and shareholders may use this figure as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.

Unless otherwise defined herein, capitalised terms used in this announcement shall have the same meanings as defined in the Circular containing notice of the General Meeting that was posted to shareholders on 31 May 2018.
