Transense Technologies plc (the "Company") announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of shareholders will now be held at The Euston Office, One Euston Square, 40 Melton Street, London NW1 2FD on Thursday 27 November 2014 at 2:00 p.m.

The Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 30 June 2014 (the "Annual Report") and the Notice of AGM will be posted today to those shareholders who have requested hard copies.
