December 14, 2021 – Vancouver, British Columbia. Transcontinental Gold Corp. (TSXV:TCG.P)(the “ Company ”), a capital pool company, announces that John Anderson has resigned as Chief Executive Officer of the Company effective December 12, 2021, and that Mr. Wenhong Jin has been appointed Chief Executive Officer effective immediately. The Company would like to thank Mr. Anderson for his contribution to the Company.
