On December 1, 2017, Executive Vice President, Sales & Marketing, Andrew J. Newmark, notified TransAct Technologies that he is retiring effective December 31, 2017. The Company has promoted an existing member of its sales team to the position Vice President, Global Sales to address Mr. Newmark's responsibilities.
