On September 9 and 10, 2015, Ingersoll-Rand plc (the “Company”) will be participating in meetings with investors in Westbrook, CT and intends to provide a copy of the business update presentation attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 in such meetings. The presentation includes a confirmation of earnings per share guidance for the third quarter 2015.
