Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM:TRAK), the global telematics and data insight provider,   is pleased to announce that at its AGM held earlier today (the notice of which is available at the Group's website www.trakm8.com) all the resolutions put to the AGM were duly passed.   The voting in relation to each resolution will be made available on the Group's website shortly.
