Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), a leading telematics and data supplier to global markets, today announces that, on 10 July 2019, Nadeem Raza, a director of the Company and CEO and significant shareholder in Microlise*, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at an average price of 19.01 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Nadeem Raza is beneficially interested in 278,622 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 0.56% of the Company's issued share capital.
