Director dealings

Trakm8 Holdings plc (AIM: TRAK), a leading telematics and data supplier to global markets, today announces that, on 25 March 2019, Tim Cowley a director of the Company, sold 90,598 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 22 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into his ISA, the same number of Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 22.032 pence per Ordinary Share to facilitate an ISA transfer.

Additionally, Anne Cowley, wife of Strategy Director Tim Cowley, sold 90,596 Ordinary Shares in he Company at a price of 22 pence per Ordinary Share and then repurchased, into her ISA, the same number of Ordinary Shares in the Company at a price of 22.032 pence per Ordinary Share to facilitate an ISA transfer.

Following the ISA transfer, Tim Cowley and persons closely associated remain interested in 2,268,127 Ordinary Shares, representing 4.54 per cent. of the Company's voting rights.
