Director Dealing

Trakm8, the AIM-listed telematics and data provider to the global market place, was notified today of the following transfers in its ordinary shares of one penny each ("Ordinary Shares") on 2 December 2014 by John Watkins, Executive Chairman of the Company:

·     332,487 Ordinary Shares at a price of 72.4 pence per Ordinary Share out of his own self invested personal pension ("SIPP") to his direct personal holding; and

·     373,484 Ordinary Shares at a price of 72.4 pence per Ordinary Shares out of his wife's SIPP to her direct personal holding.

Following this transaction, John Watkins' total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 6,399,344 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 22.14% of the Company's total voting rights.
