Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, was notified today of the transfer on the same day by John Watkins, Executive Chairman of the Company, of 1,894,612 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from his personal name to a nominee account in the name of Hargreaves Lansdown Nominees Limited.  

Following this transaction, John Watkins' total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 6,399,344 Ordinary Shares representing 22.45% of the Company's total voting rights.
