Director Dealing

Trakm8, the AIM-quoted designer and developer of GPRS based hardware and software for the vehicle placement and security market, was notified today of the transfer on the same day by John Watkins, Executive Chairman of the Company, of 280,000 ordinary shares of one penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 27.5 pence per Ordinary Share from his own self invested pension plan ("SIPP") to his wife's SIPP.

Following this transaction, John Watkins' total beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged at 4,581,162 Ordinary Shares representing 24.05% of the Company's total voting rights.
