Trakm8 Holdings plc, the AIM listed telematics and data supplier to global markets, is pleased to announce that at its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today, the notice of which is available at the Company's website www.trakm8.com, all resolutions put to the AGM were duly passed. Resolution 3 was withdrawn prior to the AGM.
