Reduction of Capital

As contemplated in its prospectus published on 21 June 2019, the Company confirms that the reduction of the nominal value of the ordinary shares in the capital of the Company from £1.00 to £0.01 (the "Reduction of Capital") has become effective.  Following the Reduction of Capital, the number of issued ordinary shares and the rights attaching to those shares remain unchanged.

The total number of issued ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company is 480,680,508.  The Reduction of Capital has no effect on the net asset position of the Company.
