Executive Director Performance Share Plan ('PSP') and Deferred Share Bonus Plan ('DSBP') Grant Notification
The Company announces that on 7 May 2025 the Executive Directors noted below were granted awards under the Trainline plc PSP and DSBP.
The PSP awards were granted in the form of conditional awards which will vest subject to the performance conditions disclosed in the FY2025 Annual Report.
