Trainline plc announces that it has today published its FY 2023 Annual Report and Financial Statements and the Notice of its 2023 Annual General Meeting (the "2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting") to be held at 8:30am BST on 29 June 2023 at 1 Tanfield, Edinburgh, EH3 5DA (the "AGM").
The FY2023 Annual Report and Financial Statements and 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting can be viewed on the Company's website at: https://www.trainlinegroup.com/investors/shareholder-centre/shareholder-meetings/
In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1R, copies of the following documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at: https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism

· 2023 Notice of Annual General Meeting; and
