Trainline plc (the "Company") announces that the Board, on the recommendation of the Nomination Committee, has approved the following change:
With effect from 24 February 2021 Brian McBride will no longer be a member of the Remuneration Committee. Brian will remain Chair of the Board and the Nomination Committee.
This announcement is made in accordance with LR 9.6.11
