Director/PDMR Shareholding and TVRs

Trafalgar (AIM: TRAF), the AIM quoted residential and assisted living property developer, announces that following the Non-Executive Chairman, James Dubois' participation in the Placing (as announced on 28 May 2019), he now holds 4,000,000 Ordinary Shares representing 0.8 per cent. of the Company's enlarged issued share capital.

Total Voting Rights

In conformity with the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1, the Company announces that as at 31 May 2019, the total issued share capital of the Company comprises 487,690,380 Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence each with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in Treasury.

The total number of voting rights in the Company is 487,690,380.  This number may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
