New Nomination Committee in TradeDoubler AB (publ)

Stockholm 19 October 2015

At the Annual General Meeting on 5 May 2015, principles for appointing a new Nomination Committee were adopted. The Committee shall be composed of representatives appointed by the three largest shareholders in terms of voting power wishing to appoint a representative as well as the chairman of the Board of Directors. The basis for appointment is the shareholder statistics available on the last business day in August 2015 and other shareholder information available to the company at this time.

A new Nomination Committee has been appointed and consists of:

• Cédric Vincent (chairman), representing Reworld Media S.A.
• Felix Kvick, representing Henrik Kvick AB
• Thomas Ehlin, representing Fjärde AP Fonden
• Pascal Chevalier, chairman of the Board of Directors

Tradedoubler's Annual General Meeting will be held on Tuesday 3 May 2016, in Stockholm, Sweden.
