New Nomination Committee

At the Annual General Meeting on May 24, 2007 an updated procedure for the composition of the Nomination Committee was resolved. The Committee shall be composed of representatives from the three largest shareholders (by number of votes) wishing to appoint a representative as well as the chairman of the Board of Directors of TradeDoubler AB. The basis for appointment is the shareholder information of June 29, 2007 including other shareholder information available to the company at this time.

The Nomination Committee appointed in accordance with the procedure resolved by the AGM of May 24, 2007 consists of Ramsay Brufer representing Alecta Pensionsförsäkring and chairman of the Nomination Committee, Anders Ljungqvist representing AMF Pensionsförsäkring and AMF Pension Fonder, Åsa Nisell representing Swedbank Robur Fonder and Kjell Duveblad chairman of the Board of Directors.
