Pursuant to Section 96 of the Companies Act, 2013, Trade Wings Limited (“the Company”) had made an application with the Registrar of Companies (“ROC”), Goa for granting an extension of a period for conducting 70[th] Annual General Meeting of the Company for the F.Y. 2019-20, due to its inability to conduct the Annual General Meeting within the stipulated time period.

The ROC, Goa on 25.08.2020 has granted an extension of a period by 2 months to conduct the Annual General Meeting of the Company for the F.Y. 2019-20.
